Coaching & Development

Coaching is a 1 on 1 developmental system that is designed to assist Executives, Managers, Mid-Level Managers, Supervisors, & Employees in meeting organizational objectives. Note: An ongoing commitment to meet specific objectives is the key to the success of our coaching and development services. All coaching clients will be required to practice and demonstrate what is learned between coaching sessions. The client contact, the recipient of the coaching services, and the Coach will initially develop a plan and specific goals to ensure that desired outcomes are met. Once mutually acceptable goals and objectives are reached, coaching clients will be certified in accordance with the applicable training initiatives and TeamWorks, Inc. guidelines.
