Lean Enterprise

Lean enterprise is an integrated business strategy that effectively creates value by employing lean principles and practices within the Design, Supply Chain, Manufacturing and Customer business segments. Specifically, it is a systematic approach to identifying and eliminating waste (non-value added activities) through time, materials, efficiency and processes. Lean Enterprise is applicable to any organization providing goods and/or services and is becoming increasingly important in today's global market and competition. A lean mindset will prepare companies to be more competitive.

Our Lean Enterprise Systems will:

  • Support business waste and cost reduction objectives
  • Develop a Value Stream Map outlining value add and non-value add processes.
  • Provide training of “lean concepts” for all employees.
  • Facilitate “lean” strategic and tactical planning including goals and objectives

ISO 9000 Registration

The International Organization of Standardization, (ISO) is a worldwide organization that develops many different kinds of Standards. ISO 9001 is a series of documents that define requirements for the Quality Management System Standard.
Quality management systems encourage organizations to analyze customer requirements, define processes that contribute to the achievement of a product that is acceptable to the customer and keep these processes under control. A Quality Management System can provide the framework for continual improvement to increase the probability of enhancing customer satisfaction and the satisfaction of other interested parties. It provides confidence to the organization and its customers that it is able to provide products that consistently fulfill requirements.

Compliance to an ISO 9000 system helps ensure that:

  • Key production and support activities are well defined and documented.
  • Employees are trained in job related skills
  • A system established for control of documentation, materials, segregation of nonconforming items, and remedial action when defective items are found

Training Development

Six-Sigma

Six-Sigma is a management methodology that combines a number of analytical tools and techniques with a structured management process in support of continuous business improvement. While this methodology was initially developed to support manufacturing quality improvements, it has evolved over recent years to also become an effective business improvement process that includes service sector industries such as healthcare and retail business markets. Additionally the process is characterized as a team oriented, well-structured, data-driven process that identifies product, service or process project improvement opportunities, baselines current performance, determines capability, identifies productive solutions and finally assures that improvements are implemented, controlled and managed during steady-state operations.
